Hotel Smart Cruise offers a fantastic location just 2 minutes from the cruise shuttle. However, minor noise from late arrivals disrupted our sleep.

The manager was incredibly accommodating, assisting with transportation and recommendations. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

Lack of on-site reception during off-peak hours made it challenging to get assistance when needed. The absence of breakfast services was a downside for us.

definitely not as exclusive as advertised. The noisy late arrivals kept me awake, but it was such a pleasure to scroll through all the technology they employed, like sending me a qr code. being woken up made me think maybe I shoudl've been given an upgrade or complimentery drinks. Almost rated it higher, but couldn't.

Super clean and comfortable! Only a 3-minute walk to the cruise port, making our pre-cruise stay easy and stress-free. I especially loved the lovely marble floors and huge, modern shower.
